1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RightAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RightAgent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at rightagent246@gmail.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content
- Submit agents that do not exist or are not functional
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to manipulate the voting or reputation system
- Use automated tools to create accounts or vote
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant RightAgent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
RightAgent and its logos are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.
6. Reputation and submission system
RightAgent uses a reputation point system to maintain quality. You must earn a minimum of 10 reputation points to submit agents. We reserve the right to modify point thresholds, approve, reject, or remove any submitted agent at our discretion, and to adjust or revoke reputation points in cases of abuse.
7. Promoted listings
Promoted placement is available to agents that meet our quality standards. Promotion does not guarantee any specific results. We reserve the right to reject promotion requests or remove promoted listings that violate our guidelines.
8. Disclaimers
RightAgent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed agent.
We are not responsible for your interactions with agent developers or any outcomes from using listed agents.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your content may remain on the platform in anonymised form.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
