Terms of Service

By accessing or using RightAgent you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RightAgent. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

You can sign up with an email and password, or sign in with Google or GitHub. You can also connect an X account from Settings. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account.

Give accurate information. Do not impersonate others, or create accounts for fraud, voting manipulation or evading a ban.

Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use of your account at contact@rightagent.ai.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or spam content, or agents that do not exist or do not work
• Post fake reviews, or reviews you were paid or pressured to write
• Claim, verify or speak for an agent you do not own or represent
• Harass, abuse or harm other people
• Manipulate votes, reviews or reputation, including with fake accounts or voting rings
• Use bots or scripts to create accounts, vote or post, or get around rate limits
• Abuse the AI features, for example by trying to make them produce harmful content
• Upload malware or harmful code, or scrape or harvest data without permission
• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property

The Community Guidelines explain how we apply these rules.

You keep ownership of what you submit: listings, descriptions, screenshots, reviews, comments and posts. You give RightAgent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and promote that content on the platform and in our emails and social posts about it.

You confirm you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Anyone can add an agent they found. The first person to submit a listing keeps credit for it. If a builder later claims the listing, the original submitter's credit stays.

The RightAgent name, logo and site design belong to us. You may not use them without written permission.

Every submission gets an automated quality review and may be checked by a moderator. We can approve, reject, edit, unlist or remove any listing, and send it back for changes, at our discretion.

Builders can claim a listing and ask for a verified badge. Verification means we checked that the builder is who they say they are. It is not an endorsement, and it does not mean we tested the agent.

You earn reputation points and badges for taking part, for example by completing your profile, commenting and getting upvotes. Points have no cash value. See Getting started for how they work.

We can change how points and badges work, and adjust or remove them in cases of abuse.

Promoted placement is available to agents that meet our quality standards. Promotion does not guarantee any result. We can reject a promotion request or remove a promoted listing that breaks our guidelines.

Agent Finder, listing autofill, review summaries and quality checks use AI. Their output can be wrong or incomplete, so check it before you rely on it. Text you send to these features is processed by our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Listings link to products we do not own or control. Your dealings with their builders, including payment and your data, are between you and them.

RightAgent is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse, verify or guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any listed agent, and rankings and scores are not a guarantee of fit.

We are not responsible for what happens when you use a listed agent.

To the maximum extent the law allows, RightAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We can suspend or end your account for breaking these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. After that, content you posted may stay on the platform without your name on it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site. Using RightAgent after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
