Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those providers.
Profile information: Bio, website URL, and avatar that you choose to add to your profile.
Content: Agents you submit, comments you post, and votes you cast.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions on the platform collected via server logs.
Communications: If you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email and message content.
3. How we use your information
- To operate and improve the RightAgent platform
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To send you transactional emails (password reset, account notifications)
- To send the weekly digest newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To calculate reputation points and award badges

- Service providers: Supabase (database hosting), AWS (file storage and email), Vercel (hosting). These providers process data only on our behalf.
- OAuth providers: Google and GitHub when you choose to sign in with them.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained indefinitely.
