Otter has a free Basic plan with 300 transcription minutes a month, a 30-minute limit per conversation and 3 file imports. Pro is $8.33 per user per month billed annually (or $16.99 billed monthly) with 1,200 minutes a month. Business is about $20 per user per month billed annually (or $30 billed monthly) with 6,000 minutes a month, and Enterprise is priced by quote with unlimited transcription, SSO and HIPAA support.
